"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up for me"
I really liked the way it looked when it arrived, but after using it a bit, it just didn’t feel as well-made as I was hoping. The fabric has a cheaper feel in person, and the stitching started coming loose quickly. For me, it seems more like something that looks nice from a distance than something built to last

"Nice style, though a little much for my taste"
I spent some time looking through the site, it does have a really polished look to it. You can definitely tell it has that Roberto Cavalli vibe right away, with all the bold prints, shiny details, and more dramatic pieces that feel very dressed-up and fashion-forward. If you’re into clothing and accessories that stand out and make more of a statement, there are definitely some really nice things to check out.

At the same time, I did feel like the overall design and style were a bit busy for me personally. There’s a lot going on visually, and while I can appreciate the creativity, not everything felt like something I would actually wear or buy. I still enjoyed browsing around and seeing what they had, but I wouldn’t say I was completely won over

"Looked cheap right out of the box"
I’m getting tired of dealing with stuff like this. The packaging showed up crushed and messy, and the whole presentation just felt off, almost like it wasn’t a legit order. Not a great first impression at all.

"Am I missing something, or did the delivery..."
Am I missing something, or did the delivery take a little longer than expected? It wasn’t a huge issue since the package arrived in good condition and the tracking updated normally, but the shipping was definitely slower than I thought it would be

"I ordered my usual size, but..."
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just strange. The waist felt too tight, while the shoulders looked way too big, like it wasn’t made for the same body. I checked the size guide before ordering, but it didn’t help much. For the price, I expected it to fit a lot better. Now I have to deal with returning it, which is just really frustrating.....

"Returns are such a headache"
I’m still waiting, waiting on my refund after three weeks. The return process has been really frustrating and way more hassle than it should be.

"Avoid this company at all costs!"

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an online order for a purse on Nov. 29. As of Dec 19, there has been no update as to the status of my order. I have set multiple emails as well as contacted Customer Service several times.

When I speak to a customer representative- I am told my case has been escalated to higher management and they are waiting for a suitable resolution. It has been over two weeks since my case has been supposedly escaped. Then there is no communication unless I reach out again for an update. I also receive conflicting stories regarding the status of my order from Customer Service each time I speak/  email them.

I checked the reviews for this company afterwards and saw that others were having the same issues.

Save your money and time and avoid shopping with this company.
